I don’t write anything until I’ve nailed your voice and understood the language your customer uses. This process includes a brand tone calibration, and a hefty dose of research (don’t worry, this process is quick and easy and doesn’t require heaps of back and forth with you). Clients often say that their copy sounds more like them than them. Which is the highest praise you can give a copywriter.

Copy audits are inexpensive and great value (check out the ‘Roast My Copy’ tab for more details) while full messaging strategy and website packages are custom-scoped based on complexity and typically start at $2,999 AUD. Most clients only need to book a small handful of additional clients to see ROI on my work. To get a quote, simply book a call and I’ll walk you through what’s worth doing (and what isn’t).

Sure do.  As standard, I take 50% upfront and 50% once you’re happy with the final deliverables. For projects over $5,000, I’m happy to break this into four payments across agreed milestones. Just ask.
Payment for the first instalment is taken via credit card using Stripe, at the point you accept the proposal. From there, everything runs smoothly. No awkward follow-ups, no complicated invoicing.

Usually 3-4 weeks for a standard copy project. Roasts have a turnaround time of 3 business days. If you’re working to a tight deadline, let me know. I've been known to move quickly when needed, as long as it doesn’t compromise the quality or process.

I’ve built the process to be as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. You show up to between 1-3 key 60 minute zoom sessions. I handle the rest. You get messaging that works, fast. Without losing weeks fiddling with Google Docs.

Absolutely. About half of my clients are international. Time zones are no issue - as long as you're happy to see me on Zoom or Loom (coffee in hand).
