Rebuilding Just Ninety's Message: From Scattered Sales to a Clear Value Proposition
Just Ninety came to me after several rounds of website iterations that hadn't delivered consistent results. The current site, launched in late 2023, initially gained traction through an SEO-led strategy that drew customers from the USA and Australia, but sales gradually declined after a series of expert-recommended changes. This revealed a need for a stronger value proposition, clearer next steps for visitors, and a closer look at why customers were abandoning the checkout process. This project focuses on rewriting the copy across priority pages and creating a downloadable lead magnet, which makes the case for 90-minute learning sessions over traditional long-form training and includes a sample course.
